Your email adress, if you're PhD Candidate or Post-Doc and your Faculty

During event we take picture for reporting and general purpose communication. If you are the main attention of one of the picture we would like to use on our social media, we have to ask for your explicit permission.

who do you share my data with

We share your information with nobody, unless you give us explicit permission.

how do I know my data is safe?

We comply with all regulation from GDPR. If you feel we don't, please email [email protected], they helped us put our data policy in place
