How should you approach writing a grant application? Where should you start, and how can you successfully secure one? With Roundtable 15, we'll aim to provide concrete answers from qualified experts. To help address these questions, we have invited Prof. Parente and Dr. Leproult. Prof. Parente has successfully secured ERC projects, and he will detail his methodology and answer questions from the audience. Dr. Leproult, in charge of the Europe Unit at ULB, will showcase the assistance they can provide during the grant application process.

Prof Alessandro Parente Alessandro Parente (WEL Research Institute - ULB) have been awarded a 'Proof of concept' research grant from the European Research Council (ERC) to explore the innovative potential of the results generated by their respective ERC Starting grants

Dr Rachel Leproult Director Europe Unit — ULB Rachel Leproult is currently working at the ULB Liaison Office, Research Department, ULB, where she is involved in the preparation of proposals, the implementation of funded projects, mainly in the research field of Life Sciences, within the framework of Horizon Europe and other international funding agencies worldwide. .
